My services cover a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, autism, trauma, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. Mental health is unique to each person, I draw on a range of healing modalities to create a tailored treatment plan for each client. These can include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior modification, and more.
